1. Do Ravtek products come with a warranty and what is the procedure to claim warranty?

Yes, Ravtek product do come with a warranty and we give a 12-month warranty on our products. You can drop an email at support@ravtek.in,Subject: For Ravtek warranty.
Mention your complete concern and attach the invoice, you received along with the purchase. Our team will revert you at the earliest.

 

2. What does the warranty cover?

Warranty covers only manufacturing defect and workmanship defects.It does not cover any physical damage.

Manufacturing Defects

  • No Sound Output.
  • Making noise while Charging.
  • Mechanism issue.
  • Not charging.
  • Doesn't power on.
  • Any other manufacturing defect.

Physical Damage

  • Physical Damages.
  • Wear and tear from usage.
  • Cosmetic flaws.
  • Wire/cord tearing.
  • Damages to accessories.
  • Any other accidental damage.
  • Natural disasters or animal related damages.

 

3. What is a manufacturing defect?

A manufacturing defect is a technical flaw that arises during the warranty period and stops a device from being fully functional.

     Some examples of manufacturing defects are:

  • One side of the headphone is giving no output
  • A wireless device is unable to charge
  • Sound imbalance
  • The mic is not working

 

4. Do I need to visit the service center?

No, you do not need to visit the service center. As soon as your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address. If the pick up services are not available at your address, you need to speed post the product to us and after the repair, we will deliver the shipment to you.

 

5. Do I need to register my product?

No, you don't need to register the product however, you should have an authorized purchase invoice having GST number mentioned of the supplier

 

6. How long will it take for the entire warranty claim process?

Well it doesn't take long. As soon as the product reaches customer care service center, our Inspection team starts working on it. We will contact you as soon as the problem is resolved, which may take 4 working days.

 

7. How do I check the authenticity of a product?

You can call us and verify the unique barcode number mentioned on the product. A fake product never sounds as good as the original one would. The engineering, thorough research and development are done by Ravtek to develop India's best acoustics are invaluable.
